Clear terms for a working subscription.

Genota is supplied by Generatic Ltd, company number 16628855. Match costs £39, Workflow £59 and Complete £79 per doctor per month. These are the total prices shown to UK customers and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. There is no free trial. The checkout will show the exact amount and billing date before you pay.

A subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe processes card payments and provides a receipt. The features available with each plan are shown on the pricing page; features marked as in development are not included in an active paid service until expressly enabled.

You may request a refund within seven calendar days of your first subscription payment by contacting Generatic Ltd. This seven-day window applies only to the first payment, not monthly renewals. After that window, subscription payments are normally non-refundable, including unused time following cancellation. This policy does not limit any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to a faulty service or any applicable consumer cancellation rights.

We will assess a request against the purchase date and the service supplied, and return an approved refund to the original payment method. The time for your bank to show the credit depends on the payment provider.
